Join your Habitat affiliate colleagues in Sacramento where we will speak directly with our legislators and policy makers on affordable housing issues. Their decisions have a profound impact on our collective work in all of our communities. Bring your staff, board members, volunteers, homeowners… whomever will help deliver your message to legislators.
Arrive early for a dinner and training at the Hilton Hotel in Sacramento on Tuesday evening, January 17. Our advocacy firm, Platinum Advisors, will join us to provide the latest updates on legislation and offer training on what to say to legislators, how to frame issues, and why our advocacy is paramount to our work.
