Habitat for Humanity Inland Valley, in cooperation with the Riverside County Economic Development Agency and the Neighborhood Stabilization Program, has purchased 7 homes that will be sold to qualified families. The homes are in Lake Elsinore (3), Menifee (3) and Sun City (1).
NSP 1
In 2008, Habitat for Humanity Inland Valley was awarded $1.7 million as part of the Housing and Economic Recovery Act. This money allowed us to purchase 10 foreclosed homes in struggling neighborhoods and rehab them. Working alongside families, volunteers, businesses and many other members of our community, we moved 10 families into their new homes in time for Christmas 2010.
