Craig Evans, President
Craig is a retired Fire Captain from the Los Angeles City Fire Department. He and his wife Karin have lived and raised their children in Temecula for the past 21 years. He has been active in the community as a Boy Scout Cubmaster and Assistant Scoutmaster. He has served on three homeowner association boards. He is an ordained minister, having received his BA from Cal State Los Angeles and his Masters of Divinity from Claremont School of Theology. His ministry focus is with youth, leading several programs in local churches. He as led and assisted with several Native American home rehabilitation missions and a medical mission in the Brazilian Amazon rainforest.
Estella Cline, Vice-President
Estella and her husband, Edward, have lived in the Inland Valley area for over 14 years. She has 20 years experience working in a Credit Union and is an active volunteer with her church and several local charities.
Ramón Beltré, Treasurer
Ramón Beltré is the Area Manager of the East Inland Empire Area for Citibank. He began his career with Citibank in 1999 as an Acquisition Manager. In 2003 he relocated with Citibank to Southern California where he became a Sales Integration Specialist supporting the Area Managers in both San Diego Metro and North San Diego County Areas. Ramón holds a Masters degree in Economics from the City University of New York.

Luanne Jobgen
Luanne has lived and worked in the Temecula Valley since 1980. She has been in the banking and construction industry for over 30 years, and is involved with the Temecula & Murrieta Chamber of Commerce. In addition to her work on the Board, she is an Independent Sales Consultant for Entertaining at Home and Cookie Lee Jewelry. She also helps with her husband’s home inspection business.
David Neault
David has over 29 years of experience in the land development industry for both the public and private sectors. His expertise includes land planning, landscape architecture, and golf course architecture in the southwest region of the United States and overseas. Under David’s leadership, DNA, Inc. has won such prestigious awards as the Building Industry Association’s SAM Awards and the Inland Empire Sales and Marketing Council Laurel Awards. David Neault has also provided pro-bono landscape architectural services to Hillview Acres Children’s Home in Chino, Produce for People Vegetable Garden for the City of Murrieta, Boy Scouts of America, and Oak Grove Center in Murrieta.
Vicki Puterbaugh
Vicki has been an award winning licensed Realtor since 1990. She has sold over 1150 homes in the Temecula Valley. She is among the 4% of the nation’s agents who have earned the CRS designation (Certified Residential Specialist) and also the GRI designation (Graduate Realtor’s Institute). She is assisted by a support team of 3 full time professionals. She services: Temecula, Murrieta, Menifee, Sun City, Wildomar and Lake Elsinore. Vicki works for Rancon Real Estate, the largest and oldest independent real estate firm in Temecula Valley.
Ron Roberts
Ron is currently serving for the fifth time as Mayor of Temecula. He also serves on Riverside County Transportation Commission (RCTC), Southern California Association of Governments Regional Council (SCAG), and Southern Calif. Regional Rail Authority (Metrolink). He is a retired CHP Sergeant and works as a staff member for Riverside County Third District Supervisor Jeff Stone.
Gary Thornhill
Gary is the President of Tierra Verde, Inc., a firm specializing in land use planning and development processing services. He is the former Deputy City Manager for the City of Temecula, where he managed the development processing functions for the city from 1999-2007. Gary has over 30 years of experience in land use planning and has worked extensively with elected officials, planning commissions, board, and citizen groups on a wide variety of issues and projects.

David Blake
David Blake was appointed Chief Human Resources Officer for Human Resources at USD in November 2010. Before that, David served as Associate Vice President for Human Resources at National University. He has been engaged in human resources related positions for over thirty years, serving in key management areas within employee relations, learning, development, and staffing. His experience includes a twenty year career with the United States Air Force. David holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Human Resources Management, a Master of Arts in Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Vocational Education Studies.
